The story is part of the literary universe of the (fictional) city of Villalibre, created by Mauricio Rivera R. Presents a collection of twelve composition produced by the collective mind(s) of Humberto Ortega (a.k.a. The Master of Tumbao) and Matilde Andera ‘La Nena’ Bassler), edited and compiled by Clodovaldo the Second (a.k.a. The Real Clodovaldo). These lyrics were (allegedly) intended to become part of an act of  musical theatre, about the shameful secret of the One-eyed Lord: La Nena’s  father Leopoldo Bassler: who used to be (almost) universally cherished as the Mayor Progress.
